These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hustlertaughtme.com (the "Site"), operated by Educated Hustler LLC ("HTM," "we," "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or place an order. You're responsible for making sure your use of the Site complies with the laws that apply to you.

Creating an account requires accurate, current registration information. You agree to keep your account details up to date. No EIN, business license, or reseller license is required to create an account or place a wholesale order.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Contact us immediately at support@hustlertaughtme.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including reselling in violation of any law or third-party marketplace policy.

We aim for product listings, images, and descriptions to be accurate, but details like packaging, color, and minor cosmetic variation can differ between production runs. A listing's stated brand, condition, and compatibility govern that product — nothing on the Site should be assumed to be genuine brand-name merchandise unless the listing explicitly states that.

Wholesale pricing and inventory are available to registered members. Pack sizes, minimum order quantities, pricing, and availability are set per listing and are subject to change without notice.

Occasionally a listing may display an incorrect price due to a technical or human error. If this happens, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged, even if the order was already confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of fulfillment. We may limit, decline, or cancel an order — for example due to inventory unavailability, a suspected pricing error, or a suspected policy violation — and will let you know if that happens.

Once an order has been submitted for payment or fulfillment has begun, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it. Contact support@hustlertaughtme.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Wholesale orders and Hustler+ membership are processed through Square, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order or subscribing, you authorize charging the applicable amount — including, for Hustler+, future recurring charges until canceled — to your chosen payment method. Shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Order-issue reporting, eligible resolutions, and non-returnable situations are described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these Terms.

Products purchased through the Site are sold for business and resale purposes. You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with any resale, sales-tax, and business-licensing laws that apply to you
• Determining whether a product is suitable for the marketplace(s) you sell on
• Any claims, listings, or descriptions you create when reselling a product

If you resell products on a third-party marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), you are responsible for complying with that marketplace's own policies, including its rules on branding, intellectual property, and product condition disclosures. We are not affiliated with and do not represent any third-party marketplace.

All HTM branding, site content, and materials are the property of Educated Hustler LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our permission. Product photos and descriptions supplied by manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the Site, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, including abusive chargebacks. You may stop using the Site or request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of a product, including lost profits or lost resale opportunities. (Attorney review recommended.)

You agree to indemnify HTM against third-party claims directly arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site. (Deliberately modest wording — attorney review recommended before broadening.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Attorney review recommended to confirm this is the correct choice of law.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
