Returns & Refunds
What qualifies for a replacement, credit, or refund on a wholesale order — and what doesn't.
Last Updated: July 30, 2026
General Rule
HTM wholesale inventory is sold for business and resale purposes. Returns are not accepted simply because an item didn't resell, demand changed, you changed your mind, or an expected profit wasn't achieved.
Order Issues That May Qualify for Review
- Incorrect item shipped
- Incorrect quantity shipped
- Item materially different from the listing
- Item damaged in transit
- Verified defective merchandise
Reporting Deadline
Report order issues within 7 calendar days of delivery
Required Evidence
Depending on the issue, we may ask you to preserve and provide some or all of the following:
- Order number
- The shipping carton
- Shipping label
- Packing materials
- Product packaging
- Quantity details (what was ordered vs. what was received)
- Photos or video showing the issue
- Serial numbers or identifying labels, where applicable
Approved Resolutions
Depending on the verified issue, we may provide a replacement, the missing units, a partial refund, store credit, or a full refund. The specific resolution is determined by HTM based on the issue — we can't guarantee you'll be able to select which remedy applies.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to resell an item
- Marketplace account restrictions on your own selling account
- Products altered, used, damaged, opened, relabeled, or repackaged by you
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or included items
- Damage caused after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
- Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale products where clearly disclosed before purchase
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside our control.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about an order, please contact support first so we have a fair opportunity to review and resolve it. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and submission of order, tracking, communication, and payment evidence to our payment processor. This doesn't discourage you from exercising any lawful dispute rights you have with your bank or card issuer.
