Quality Standards

How we approach listing accuracy, packaging, and condition disclosure — and what to check when your order arrives.

Product Listing Accuracy

We aim for every listing's title, description, images, pack size, and condition to accurately represent the product. If you find a listing that looks wrong, let us know at support@hustlertaughtme.com so we can review it.

Packaging & Quantity Checks

Products may be inspected through supplier review, sample review, quantity checks, visual checks, or other reasonable quality-control steps depending on the item and order.

Condition Disclosure

A product's stated condition (new, open-box, refurbished, etc.) is disclosed on its listing. That listing is the source of truth for what condition to expect.

Generic & Compatible Products

Some products are generic or compatible items rather than name-brand merchandise. A listing's stated brand governs — don't assume a generic or compatible product is manufactured by or affiliated with a name brand unless the listing explicitly says so.

Visual Differences Between Production Runs

Packaging, color, and minor cosmetic details can vary slightly between production runs of the same product. These small variations don't necessarily indicate a defect.

Customer Inspection After Delivery

We recommend inspecting your order promptly after delivery so any issue can be reported while packaging and details are still fresh — see our Returns & Refunds policy for the reporting window.

Defect Reporting

If you receive a verified defective item, report it through our contact form with photos and your order number.

Reseller Responsibility

As the reseller, you're responsible for describing a product accurately when you list it for sale, based on the condition and details stated on our listing and what you actually receive.
