Hustler Taught Me ("HTM," "we," "us") is operated by Educated Hustler LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through hustlertaughtme.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account, plus any business details you choose to add to your profile.
• Order & shipping information: shipping address, order history, and order contents when you place a wholesale order.
• Payment processing:handled directly by Square — see "Payments" below.
• Support communications: whatever you share with us via the contact form or by emailing our support address, including order numbers and messages.
• Device, log & usage information: standard technical information such as browser type and IP address, collected automatically as part of operating the Site.

We use the information above to create and maintain your account, process wholesale orders and Hustler+ membership billing, respond to support requests, operate features like HTM Brain, keep the Site secure and functioning correctly, and — only if you opt in through your account preferences — send marketing updates.

We use cookies that are necessary for the Site to work: keeping you signed in, maintaining your session, and remembering short-lived, in-progress actions. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

• Square — processes wholesale order payments and Hustler+ membership billing. We do not store your full card details ourselves; Square handles payment processing directly. See Secure Checkout.
• Supabase — provides our account system and database, and sends account-related emails you trigger directly, such as sign-up verification, password reset, and email-change confirmation.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-detection challenge used on sign-up, login, password-reset, and contact forms to help prevent automated abuse.
• OpenAI— powers HTM Brain. Prompts you send to Brain, along with relevant catalog context, are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Don't include sensitive personal information in a Brain conversation that you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI provider.
• GoHighLevel— sends transactional emails like order confirmations, and keeps a record of your contact details for account and membership communications. Contact-form submissions are not sent to GoHighLevel — they're stored only in our own database and reviewed by staff there.
• Vercel — hosts the Site and processes standard web server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of delivering pages to your browser.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may use order, account, and payment information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks, including sharing relevant evidence with Square as our payment processor when a dispute is filed.

We may access, preserve, or disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with a legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our users or the public.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account remains active, and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account as described below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or update your marketing email preference at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at the email below.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date on this page.
